Repeat Prescriptions

If you require regular medication, we will attach a list of your repeat medication to your prescription. To order your medicines, please tick the item you require and return the slip to reception. Alternatively you can order your medicines by phone on our prescription line (881001). You will be asked your name, date of birth, contact telephone number, the items you wish to order and which chemist you wish the prescription to go to.
